Welcome to our FAQ section! Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about payments, shipping, returns, and refunds. We’re here to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. 

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on your delivery location. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping charges, feel free to contact us.

Note: Cash on delivery orders are not subject to extra fee

Delivery times depend on product availability and your delivery location, which will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Orders are dispatched from our facility in Greece and are usually delivered within 7 working days.

Please note that occasional courier delays may affect the delivery timeframe. If we are unable to deliver your order within the expected time and no extension has been agreed upon, you may cancel your order by emailing us at madleinegoldswim@gmail.com.

For bulk or customized orders, the 7-day delivery period may not apply. In such cases, we will provide an updated delivery time in writing.

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our trusted courier partner. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The courier will also inform you of the expected delivery time.

Yes, you can arrange your own shipping. Please notify us in writing, specifying the transport company you wish to use. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including delivery fees to the transport company. The payment for shipping must be made before the shipment is processed. Ownership of the product transfers to you once it is handed over to the courier.

 

To collect your order, you will need to present the following:

  • The order confirmation (order number)
  • The receipt notice
  • An official ID (e.g., passport, ID card)

If you are having the order delivered to an authorized third party, they will need a special authorization from you (certified by a relevant authority), along with their own official ID. Upon receipt, you or the authorized person must inspect the products. By signing, you confirm proper delivery. From this point, the risk for the products transfers to you.

If you fail to collect your order after being notified by the courier, we reserve the right to cancel your order or withdraw from the sale. In such cases, the order will be returned to the sender, and the customer will receive a refund for the order amount, minus the shipping cost.

If you enter incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delays or extra costs.

Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment is received. Once your order is delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is not excluded from this right.

The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and with intact packaging. It must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

If your return meets the requirements, we will issue a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs).

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please make sure the following items are included in the package:

·       The item must be in its original, unused condition.

·       The item should be returned in its original packaging.

·       Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs, unless the item is faulty. If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to assess its condition, a deduction may be made from your refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days after we receive and inspect your return. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund (approval or rejection).

If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. If you haven’t received your refund after a few days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at madleinegoldswim@gmail.com.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at madleinegoldswim@gmail.com, and we will review the matter urgently.

Exchanges are only available within Greece and the first exchange is free of charge. To exchange an item, it must be in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. For exchanges or returns beyond the first one, the regular return policy will apply.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for items purchased during sales, unless the item is defective or damaged. Sale items can only be exchanged or altered.

If you miss the 14-day return window, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return. However, you may still be eligible for an exchange, depending on the circumstances.
